One of Temagami's fastest growing trails activities is snowmobiling. The exhilaration of exploring Temagami's winter play ground and an adventure to share with family or friends. Temagami is strategically located on the TOP (Trans-Ontario Provincial) trail system with links west to Sudbury, south to North Bay, and north to the Tri-Towns and the Province of Quebec. Temagami Trails, Near North Trail Association and the Tri Towns Assoc. groom trails, which are usually open from early January to late March. At Lake Herridge Lodge you can leave right from the door of your cottage each morning to a new destination. Please purchase your O.F.S.C. (Ontario Federation of Snowmobile Clubs) permits locally to support trail development and maintenance.
